After a shaky past two years, here’s a look at three Golden State Warriors’ players who may not be on the roster by the end of the season.

It’s less than a month until the start of the 2021-22 NBA season and the Golden State Warriors will have a tough challenge right out of the gate, taking on LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers at Staples Center on Oct. 19.

With the Splash Bros being in the lineup together for the first time in two years, Golden State still won’t be the team that it was in years past, but don’t count out two-time MVP Stephen Curry just yet. Klay Thompson hasn’t played in a game in over two years and the anticipation surrounding his return is high in the Bay Area. Making it to the playoffs is likely for the Warriors if they can stay healthy, but a deep postseason run isn’t expected in a competitive Western Conference.

The likelihood of the Golden State Warriors making big moves in-season to help out ‘Big 3’ is high

To make their way back to being a top team in the West, the Warriors will have to be willing to put some of its young players on the trading block. The goal for every team in the league is to be standing victorious at the close of the NBA Finals and there’s still something missing in the Bay Area.

Curry, Thompson and Draymond Green appear to be permanent fixtures in Golden State, but who are three Warriors who won’t be on the roster by season’s end?
